Return & Exchange Policy

At Driqe, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Returns
  • We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Sale items and custom designs are non-returnable.
  • Once we receive your return and inspect it, we'll issue a refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
  • You may exchange items within 15 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are accepted for size or color changes only.
  • All items must be in original condition to qualify.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we'll offer a refund.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
  1. Email support@driqe.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. We'll reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Send the item back to us. If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, we'll cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility.
Important Notes
  • Items sent without return approval may be refused.
  • Returned items that do not meet the policy will not be refunded or exchanged.
