Return & Exchange Policy
At Driqe, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Returns
- We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Sale items and custom designs are non-returnable.
- Once we receive your return and inspect it, we'll issue a refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- You may exchange items within 15 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are accepted for size or color changes only.
- All items must be in original condition to qualify.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we'll offer a refund.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email support@driqe.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- We'll reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Send the item back to us. If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, we'll cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility.
Important Notes
- Items sent without return approval may be refused.
- Returned items that do not meet the policy will not be refunded or exchanged.
