Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the courier's site.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@driqe.com.
For international orders, DRIQE is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@driqe.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
